My opinion on this is simple enough. Keep the toolbar, but add a configuration option
to hide it. My reasoning is, some of us don't use bbpager or bbkeys. We'll need a
way to get between desktops. But for those of us who don't want to use the toolbar, a
simple configuration statement in .blackboxrc should be sufficient to hide it.
It's better to have a feature & not need it than need a feature and not have it.
