Hi Marie, Try this.
First check and make sure that Windows XP is the choice in control panel/ display/themes page. 2. If not, arrow to it, tab to apply and press enter. 3. Go the desktop page and make sure that bliss is selected and that the stretch position is selected. 4. Then go to the screen saver and make sure none is selected. 5. Then the appearance page and make sure windows classic buttons and windows standard for colors are selected. 6. Remember to apply changes made in each tab and when you are done tab to okay to save all the changes. These steps are for XP users. Hope this helps.
