Hi Marie,

Have you tried contacting Freedom Scientific Tech Support and letting them 
know about the problem you are having?  It may be a good idea to do so, they 
might have a fix for it without you having to uninstall your Magic11 
upgrade.  Hope they are able to help you.  Take care.
