I don't have a short cut on the desktop. Here is what I did: control escape
for the start minue, p for programs, m for microsoft office sub-minue,
arrowed up twice to outlook 2003, applications key arrowed up to propertys
and hit inter, tab once to shortcut key where it said none. I than tried
control shift o. It keeps opening word because that was my word key stroke
but I have successfuly changed that to control shift w. So you could say my
word has to short cut key strokes. Am I missing something or did I not do
something correctly? Thanks Heather
