Okay, if you have two icons for jaws11, you can delete one leaving one
on the desktop. Because you have two versions of jaws, 10 and 11, you can
go to the jaws program in your program folder. Say jaws11, go to the
subminue and arrow up once to "jaws." If it is highlighted, hit the
applications key and arrow up once to properties. Tab overto shortcut key
and assign a key stroke that you want. I have mine set up with alt control
j for jaws 10 and shift control j for jaws 11. Than I took the icons off
the desktop because I have the shortcut keys, just preference! I hope this
