In thoery you are perfectly right.

However, do you know any sighted person seriously playing at least one audiogame ? beyond 5 minutes just for fun / just to show what we can do.

The fact is here: sighted people can't imagine at all playing without visual. For many, it even make them afraid, imagining that they could lose vision. Only sighted people who have blind/VI in their small circle actually accept to play games without nice graphics.

I can tell you with playroom statistics: almost 100% of the sighted people playing on the playroom are girl/boy friend of a blind person, very good friend, or at least very closely in contact with the blind/VI community in general. Since it's only text, they sometimes say well, that's excellent for you, but me, I have to read, and that's just boring.
