I too would love to see some of those popular console games translated over. I
have a PS2 and I get a kick out of using Grand theft auto: vice city. putting
in the various cheats for weapons and tanks and such and creating general havoc
to all those unsuspecting pedestrians. I am not able to see the screen so that
is about the most I can accomplish on that game.
As for cursing. I am not a fan of it. I don't like it in my house so why would
I want it in my games? Of course I don't have to buy and play the games that
have cursing, but then the developer suffers as well as the buyer. I think if
a game requires cursing it should be an option to be turned on and off.GTA in
it's defense isn't as bad as some other games I have played and it isn't
cursing for the sake of cursing. This is how those characters are supposed to
talk, more or less. But I must say, that if there was an equally similar,
good game like GTA that didn't curse I would go with the other game.
Lastly,it is too bad sony can't make the playstation for the visually impaired.
They could call it "sound station" and instead of hooking it up to a tv, it
could be hooked into a giant fifty six inch speaker. Of course I would insist
on the brainjack and immersion into the matrix, but that might be for the
playstation four., lol
