As Gary suggestes 10k miles with a good modern Grade4 synthetic is OK. If
you want just a little more insurance , be sure to top up between changes
to replenish additives (recall Scott's direct to the benefits therein) or
when you make the change add in one of the Mobil1 long interval synthetic
quarts with the higher dose of additives.

Rich - uses "German" Castrol, Red Line, Royal Purple and Mobil products, 
prefers PAO base stocks
with esters and certain additives...
