The cruise was not listed in our original bid - it got added after
the sponsorship came through.

Finding connections is good.  The tipping factor when Buffalo
won the bid for 2004 was that they got free use of the
University conference rooms.  (Toronto came a close second
that year, we used almost the same proposal for 2005.)
