Peggy,

What I was trying to help Linda do is set up her braille note so she could use
it to dial her ISP without having to use her computer, go to Bookshare, and
download the book directly into her Braille Note, where it would be much easier
to unpack it, read it, or carry it away to work to read later. Of course to do
that, you'd have to set up the braille note, but it's not allowing access to do
that. The resets didn't clear up the problem. I was afraid to suggest my last
solution, because even the resets didn't seem to do the same thing as they do
on my earlier version.

I hoped she could get help here and gave her the address for the braillenote
list.

Having to use a PC to get a book for a braille note makes about as much sense
as buying a cigarette lighter, so you can light your matches.
