Hi rusty, some of the cards that were recently sent out were inadvertently
formatted with FAT 32, and not FAT 16. So if you've just received an SD
card from HumanWare, I suspect this is your problem. We sincerely
apologise for this. The work around is to copy the files to your flash
disk if you have room, or some other card such as a CF card. Once the
files are on another location, go to the Utilities Menu and choose
Application program, choose the KeySoft System Disk as your Drive, then
Windows as your directory. Then locate the Prepare SD Card for Upgrade
file, and press ENTER. press ENTER at the command line prompt, and let the
program re-format the card. Once this is done, you can copy the files back
to the SD card and all should proceed normally. There is no need to
reinstall your product key.
