Hi there!  I'm sorry to hear that you're going through the same thing, and I 
must tell you, I agree fully with what you had to say.  Yes, Humanware is 
certainly an outstanding company with top of the line products, but they sure 
need to take a serious look at how they can reduce the amount of time customers 
have to wait to get what they pay for.  I sincerely hope that someone from the 
company is following this thread, and situations such as ours will soon be a 
thing of the past.  Anyway, good luck on getting your unit soon, and I'm sure
