Hi All: Maybe I've just been very lucky, but I have had no problems the few times I've had to contact HW Tech Support. One time, I spent a good half hour to 45 minutes on the phone with one of the tech support representatives fixing a Braillenote Keymail Database problem for a client. Also, when I have left messages, they have always been returned within 24 hours. Granted, I haven't had to call Tech Support that much. I hope HW deals with this problem so everyone can receive as good of support as I have.
