And just password protect the program or file. I keep all of my credit card,
insurance, mortgage information and everything on my braille note because it
is easier to access when I need it.
Password protecting the address book or a financial management program or
any file on the bn that you didn't want prying fingers or ears to read would
do the trick.

I absolutely agree with this.  I may be asking for the moon here but being
able to transfer to a PC app like MoneyTalks or Quicken would be awesome.
My want is to be able to keep track of spending while out shopping or away
from home at convention.  I would still be keeping the main file at home but
need these transactions portable.
