Greetings
You will love going wireless and it is, most likely, the same
problem that I had when I first tried to connect. I got my
wireless network & modem from my internet provider and I called
them when I couldn't connect. I learned that the router came
with a long, complex WEP code. WEP is a ID code that keeps
strangers off your internet. So, with some help from my internet
provider I changed the code on my PC and then on the BrailleNote.
From that time on it has worked flawlessly at home, in internet
cafe, at airports and the like.
Your ethernet company should be able to tell you about the WEP
code that your router came with.
