Hi, one of the main reasons I chose the Bn over the Pm was when I
went to a local display day where they both were I asked to look
at the Pm and the person showed it to me but didn't turn it on or
explain any of it to me. Then I went over to the Bn and asked to
look at it and I got to play with it and they explained it to me.
Now I have had a vn, a Bn and a Pk and last display day I was
helping the person on the Humanware table to explain the product.
Also a number of clients where I volunteer are asking me about
the machine and I have offered to teach any of them that buy one
how it works. I also help a client upgrade their machine because
they aren't confident enough to do it by themselves.
So I think the Pm has lost a few sales by not showing me that
machine that day because if I have one of their machines now that
is what the clients would be seeing and that may lead them into
buying one.
