I'd say most of the repairs were done due to user mistakes -
mostly accidental things that could happen to any product.
As for potential of the unit, I would say, "don't be disappointed
yet." Sometimes, we go through this period, which ultimately
brings the positives later. nother flood of messages.

JosephZ of now, I would say the disappointment is caused by
nothing more than high expectations, and I'm sure Apex will catch
up to others one day. I'd personally not recommend HIMS products
yet - I will not go into details, as it will generate yet

Subject: [Braillenote] Apex replaced or repaired?
I have been rather disappointed with the Apex, given the
potential it isn't fulfilling.
I have also an impression that a number of people have either had
their Apex replaced or sent in for repair.
Is it fair to ask people to respond to this?
Joseph, Olivia and myself are 3 I'm certain have had this happen
to them.
