Hey,
Actually I somewhat agree with you. I like the Apex because of Keysoft, and how easy the user interface is, but actually, the apex has always seemed concidderably slower than my More Power. I got one for chrismas, and just like you, I was kind of dissapointed when I saw the slow and sluggish keyweb, although tast ben fixed in KS 9.1, but you have to recet the thing so much more than you do wea%th the More Power. I was very disapointed that they didn't add word 2007 and 2010 support, although the Braille display thing is actually pretty cool. I pair it up to my Ipod touch via blutetooth, and I can do everything from my Apex. However, no offense, I seriously think the BRAILLE Sense Plus and the On Hand beats the BN and packmate both. After all, what other notetaker has a built in twitter cliant? Huh? I must say though, the apex has opened up doors for me, especially the VGA support. Now, with me being a middle school student, a teacher can look over my shoulder and view what I'm doing in real time.
Also, the built in wifi saves me a card to keep track of.
Hey, I kind of wish they'd add someding like a keysoft app store called keyapps where you could go and buy apps designed for keysoft. I actually think the apex has that potential.
Just some thoughts.
Will

Subject: [Braillenote] Apex replaced or repaired?

I have been rather disappointed with the Apex, given the
potential it isn't fulfilling.
I have also an impression that a number of people have either had
their Apex replaced or sent in for repair.
Is it fair to ask people to respond to this?
Joseph, Olivia and myself are 3 I'm certain have had this happen
to them.
Peter
