Hi, so far I haven't had to send mine back for anything. I recieved mine August or September last year.

Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones but it is about time for me because the number of times I sent back my PK for repair or replacement was painful.

I have been rather disappointed with the Apex, given the potential it isn't fulfilling. I have also an impression that a number of people have either had their Apex replaced or sent in for repair.
Is it fair to ask people to respond to this?
Joseph, Olivia and myself are 3 I'm certain have had this happen to them.
