Hi,
I got my Apex at the end of June last year and there were some issues that warranted a replacement. I worked with my local dealer, who contacted Humanware and saw to it that the unit was replaced. Kudos to my local delar, who I've known and worked witth for years and who provide excellent support. The replacement happened quickly and I'm pleased to say that the replacement unit has worked fine. I am, by and large, quite satisfied. Any glitches that I've found have been the normal kinds of things that usually occur with an Apex. I've got no major complaints at this point in time.

Tom

Subject: [Braillenote] Apex replaced or repaired?

I have been rather disappointed with the Apex, given the potential it isn't fulfilling. I have also an impression that a number of people have either had their Apex replaced or sent in for repair.
Is it fair to ask people to respond to this?
Joseph, Olivia and myself are 3 I'm certain have had this happen to them.
Peter
