Hi,
The problem has been that the magnets in the edge of thetop
weren't staying put. Humanware has been replacing those cases.
The newer ones have some places where pieces that are thin are
now wider--pieces that connect the top edge to the bottomfront.
I hope this will make the magnets in thetop of the case stay put
so that the case stays shut when you carry the unit. I hope I'm
making myself clear.

I just got my Apex today. I've heard in the past that its case
can be fragile and may break. Has this happened to anyone? Are
