Hi All,

I was downloading e-mails today on my BN and it immediately had a problem after
only downloading 8 messages. I then did a reset and tried again. I got
further however when it got to 118 it did not go any further and locked up
again. I had 256 messages. I then read the ones that came in and decided to
go to my computer and read them from there. It sure would be nice if there was
a fix for those of us who are having problems with e-mail.

HI Brenda,
Voicenote is also my only unit here as well, and I usually download between 100
and 200 messages a day. When I was running Keysoft 5.01 I would hang up
immediately if certain emails would not download for me, and I always managed
to grab the offending message the next time I went to download messages.
However, I haven't experienced any problems with this using Keysoft version
6.11.
Cheers,
David
