I'd think HWG will be very careful whom they choose as beta testers after 
that last debacle. <grin> Not only do  HWg need to improve their product, 
but their customer service response system and network as well. Lousy 
customer response is just as bad and it can damage your reputation as 
aproduct seller as well. Leaving people hanging on the phone and not 
returning phone calls is no way to win new customers nor to get repeat 
business.
