Just adding some further info. I tried upping my offset from 7 and my
group head temp goes up - as does my hot water wand temp.
I now have the offset up to 18 and my group head water temp went up
from 81 degrees to 90 degrees. My hot water wand temp went from about
84 degrees to 93 degrees. Thar seems to be about as high as it will go
temp wise. Any ideas? Seems strange that hot water wand temp goes up
as well.
I called WLL tech support and spoke to a woman who answered the phone
and she wasn't really any help. She was stumped and would like me to
just send it in. I REALLY don't want to do that as their turn around
right now is at least 4 weeks.
The machine seemed to be working fine before I let it sit for 3
months. Could letting it sit somehow have caused a problem?
I should also add that I have always used filtered water (less than 50
ppm TDS) and use my hot water wand often to heat up my cups.
Help! My wife is getting real crabby too without her morning latte.
