The wires are all fine. I didn't have any scaling either.
I've pulled the nut and piston out of the grouphead and everything is
clean there. Also pulled my OPV valve and checked it and it was all
clean and seems to have no problem. (I replaced it about a year ago
with the newer one with the brass adjustment screw.)
 I was in contact with Bella Barista today and they are going to send
me one of the larger heavy duty replacement OPV valves that they sell
for the Brewtus. I'm going to swap it out anyway.
  I also emailed Todd S. at WWL and seems the techs all discussed my
problem today and haven't had anyone with this particular problem
before.  They seem to think it MIGHT be the temp guage control panel.
They have some that just cleared customs and should have them in stock
in the next few days. I purchased one and they will send it to me and
I will swap it out. Hopefully that will be what it is. If not, they
said I can return it for a refund. I really don't want to have to send
the machine in.

 Still open to other suggestions from here in the meantime. :)
