As I remember when I first bought my B 1 a friend of mine helped me set it
up. He used a Scace device on it. For my machine a -7 offset was more on
target than a -5. I have never changed that setting .Neither can I
remember as to  what that setting means. I suspect it is individual to each
machine in a very narrow range.
