Im curious, have you received a response from Zcafe? I purchased a steam tip for my Brewtus from them almost 3 months ago. I have been incredibly patient with them and after 3 followup emails (the last one being cc'd to every email address I could find on their site) I have not received a single response. Their customer service is disgusting. If i dont get a response in the next week I'll issue a charge back on the credit card.

Hi everyone...

I purchased a Brewtus III-V a month 1/2 ago....  The new model with
the blue PID and new insulation....

I opened the Brewtus 2 days ago as a check-up, and found that the
steam boiler insultation had "melted",
It's not even 1/10 of the insulation thickness on the brewing
boiler....

I've sent some pictures on this forum, it's in the FILE forum and are
numbered: 6084-6085-6087

I know it's the latest model and almost brand new, but has anyone seen
this on the new Brewtus ?

I've contacted Zcafe(Canada) and I'm waiting for an response from
them....


Any help would be greatly appreciated....
