The specification plate says: Fabricante Crem Int. Spain S.L.U. Fabricado en Communidad Europea No Registro 46/66225 Gandia-Valencia-Espana The new insulation is on its way from Winnipeg, I should receive it in a few days. I'll keep you posted when I receive it. From your pictures, your machine also looks like it was built in China. Did you check the specification plate to see if it mentions the manufacturing location? The machine you have (and the machine I have) are most likely not built to the same specs as those that go to WLL. I don't know what the arrangement between Expobar and WLL is for machines sold outside the U.S. I do know that the English documentation used here in China is the documentation from WLL, it even says Whole Latte Love on it.
