Hi Stephen,

To be honest, I am very disappointed so far with customer service from
Zcafe.

I wanted to buy the Brewtus III at the beginning of this year. I spoke to
Pinny at Zcafe, and he recommended me to wait a bit because the newest
models were coming in with the new insulation. I waited about a month, the
machine was sent from Spain, then in customs in Canada to be deliver later
to me.

Pinny(the sales person a Zcafe) seems to know his espresso machines, but he
has a terrible accent and doesn't always understand what you're saying to
him.
Maybe he's the only one available there because every time I would call or
E-mail, he was the one answering back.

Then lately I saw the insulation melting on the steaming boiler, I sent him
some pictures, and he said he'd get back to me with an answer from Expobar.
>From what he told me, Expobar said they never saw anything like this, and
that it was probably factory related while assembling all the parts. I
offered him to re-install the new insulation instead of sending back the
machine. He ordered it on june 6th, and after a month of waiting I wrote
back to him today, he apologized and said he forgot to order the special
thermal tie-wraps that holds the insulation.... :(

So a month waiting to get the new machine, a month 1/2 of use and insulation
melted....and a month and ++ waiting for insulation...
I wouldn't want to say the company in not recommendable, but let's just say
my experience hasn't been good so far with reliability, customer service and
follow-up.

Jan

Im curious, have you received a response from Zcafe? I purchased a steam tip

for my Brewtus from them almost 3 months ago. I have been incredibly patient

with them and after 3 followup emails (the last one being cc'd to every
email address I could find on their site) I have not received a single
response. Their customer service is disgusting. If i dont get a response in
the next week I'll issue a charge back on the credit card.
