I'm with you, John.  Especially when using VST baskets ($).  The 
knock/rinse/wipe/dry has to happen anyway, even if you buy extra baskets.  The 
only thing it buys you is rapid-fire shots; but depending on what drinks you're 
making, the shots aren't the holdup.  It's the milk steaming that takes the 
time.
