A simple question.  I have always had my espresso alone, make with a clean
dry portafilter.  Now, my wife has started joining me, so I am pulling
consecutive doubles, with the result that the portafilter has some residual,
the new coffee gets damp, and the tamp picks up some moisture, sticking to
the next tamp.  Any advice on the procedure to pull consecutive shots
without complication?
