It sounds like the PID control system is working correctly.  Try the manual
reset high limit on top of the brew boiler.  Just push on the red stem
between the wires (unplug the machine first).

Now,  make sure the two wires that go to the heating element on the brew
boiler are hooked up.

If  the wires are fine you will next need a volt/ohm meter and knowledge on
how to use it.  If you don't know how to use it I can assist over the phone.

First check to see if you are getting 110 volts to the heating element.

If you are getting 110 volts to the heating element then we will want to
remove the wires from the heating element and put an ohm meter across the
two terminals on the heating element.  You should be able to measure
resistance.  To make sure it is correct compare it to the steam boiler.
