Does this mean that the heater is faulty? I see on there are a couple of bolts that would be removed with a hex wrench (allen key here in Canada). Assuming you think it is the heater element, do all I need to do is remove the small hex bolts and replace the heater?
Pull one or both wires from the brew boiler and measure the resistance of the heating element and let us know what it is.
