I fully agree with your concerns Ken. I had not thought about this until 
now when you brought it up. I will definitely be turning off my Brewtus AND 
shutting off the water supply before going on vacation from now on. Still, 
there is a lot of damage that could be done if the machine were to leak for 
9 hours while I'm at work.
