I called WLL and they had me reset the high limit switch and adjust the 
pressure state to have it close to but not exceed 1.5.  It may have helped 
slightly but the brew temp will still drop about 4 degrees after brewing 
one shot and steaming 6 oz. of milk. Perhaps it may need a new pressure 
stat but I'm not 100% sure how to confirm that.
