Not the OP, but I have a steam boiler that isn't heating and the steam 
boiler light is not coming on after the pump has finished heating the 
boiler. I think the element is burnt out but I am not sure. The multimeter 
I have is reading about 27-30 ohms of resistance, is this normal?
