I am guessing there's a lengthy thread regarding boiler pressure issues so
please let me know if this is too painfully redundant to answer here.

I've got it hooked up now to a pressure regulator (30psi) on a filtered
waterline. The boiler gauge climbs way past the 9-10 bars that it reads
when pulling a shot while heating up. It was off the charts, past 16!
After flushing a bunch of water out of the hot water wand the pressure
drops (obviously) and then seems to stabilize around 5 bars.

Is that normal operation? I hadn't noticed the pressure that high before.

Thanks,

Brewtus Newbie
