I disagree completely.   All voices *are* heard in our system.   Nader is
the best example of that..... he and his supporters have complete freedom
of speech, assembly, and political organization.   What our system does
*not* do, however, is empower people on the fringes and who claim the
support of only a small number of people.  We do not enfranchise these
people in our governments, and let them turn the views of the small
minority into real policy initivatives.
