I did some digging on that. Green parties appear hold on average 7% of the 
seats in the various European parliaments, but this varies greatly. In 
Ireland it appears to be only 1.2%, in Germany and The Netherlands ~7%, 
while in Belgium they have as much as 14.4%.

Note however that the real representation is quite a bit larger, because 
European countries tend to have several environmentalist parties, ranging 
from moderate Social Democrats to far-left radical Socialist and Communist 
parties. To give you some idea of the sheer size: in the European Assembly, 
the "Socialist Group" and the "Group of the Unified European Left" together 
hold 41.9% of the seats.
