Ah, where was I?
Oh yes. Just a reminder that this librarian is open to any and all
data that might be provided by any and all participants or
non-participants in this matter. This library accepts multiple input
modes, both encrypted and open broadcast.
However, this librarian also feels obligated to remind all participants
that we cannot guarantee confidentiality of any materials recieved, so
make sure you transmit from a secure broadcast node. And of course
remember that the Galactic Library is scrupulously neutral in all
regards, so input data will in no way affect the outcome of the yearly
reports.
For instance, suppose the Tandu send a message objecting to my
characterization of their species as bat-shit barking insane. I would
simply remind the Tandu that this librarian ONLY presents factual,
objective material. If I characterized them as bat-shit barking insane
it would only be because they actually were bat-shit barking insane.
See? Proof of my neutrality.
