That depends on circumstances also.   If I am driving on I-95 at 6:00am on
Christmas Morning through Rhode Island, there is no good reason for me to
not drive 80mph in the fast lane.    

Personally, I am a firm advocate of "black box" speed recorders for
automobiles, and for the highway patrol to focus their attentions more on
"aggressive driving" than simple "speeding."

Or more importantly, Montana!

JDG - Who really needs to drive Montana someday, but first is going to
drive the entirety of Skyline Drive/Blueridge Parkway this summer.
