Uhh...please lay off whatever you're smoking.

It's entirely reasonable to discount the cost of whatever other 
poloution reduction devices you DON'T need any more.

Also, that's why I said if the industry was forced to do it. Whioch 
they should be...and THEN, it would only be that little...
