I considered this term to mean the equivalent of the governments that the
US set up in West Germany and Italy.
Would you consider this to be a bad thing?
Should the United States bring the system of government of Germany and
Japan to the people of Afghanistan? Would the US be justified in doing
so? Would you support the US if it did so?
