I think it should at least include those areas where Palestinians are a 
majority. It is not up to me to decide on the precise borders, though. I 
will leave that to the United Nations.

I agree with Steve that the best solution would be to let Jerusalem be 
governed an protected by an independent third party (probably the UN, for 
lack of a better option). This third party should see to it that everyone 
who wants to visit a place holy to him or her in Jerusalem can do so 
without being hindered.
