Ah, I see. And nobody bothered to tell those soldiers that their country is at war, and that therefore spreading military information might actually be *dangerous* to your national security? Even the smallest European countries have military secrets; yet even while we are at peace our military personnel is not allowed to talk about everything to everyone. And I still find it impossible to believe that even your Generals apparently disclose everything to everyone. "Hey everyone, we have decided to invade Syria next Monday. Here are the all the details. Oh, and you can also find all the details on our website at www.army.il/invasion_syria.html". I think you are very much misinformed on this one, Ilana. ><<Am I to believe that Israel has made everything public?>> >You don't "make" everything public. <SHRUG> People talk. So do people here. But apparently unlike in Israel, over here you go to jail if you give military information to people wo do not need to have that information. I am not sure how it will be called when you give that information to a fellow soldier in your army, but if you give it to a foreigner it is an act of treason. In peace time, you can get sentenced to life in prison. In times of war, you will probably be executed.
