So, how exactly does Jordan's occupation of "Palestine" validate Israel's
occupation of Gaza and the West Bank? How does Jordan policy validate
Israel's oppression of Palestinians? Is it "Jordan mistreats Palestinians,
so it is okay for Israel to do the same thing"?>>
I just wander - why Jordan's occupation of Palestine doesn't matter.
<SHRUG>. Yes, I would have expected that Arabs would be treated better in
Arab country. No I don't think that Israel, that *any* country is justified
to treat people on their territory as Jordan does (or Syria, or some
others). And I write again that either you are mis-informed or you are
missing data. The worse condition of Palestinians is in A territory - the
places that are under full control of Palestinian authorities.

The one who rote that most of the Palestinians hate Israel was you. <SHRUG>
I *do* believe that we have chance at peace *after* throwing Arafat & co
back to Tunis and returning Yasin to the jail.
I asked
<< - how this influence "peace in Middle East"? Do you believe, that 20
Arab countries would stop wanting to erase Israel if there would be
Palestinian state?>>
Jeroen answered
<<Probably not, but it would reduce Israel's problems. The Palestinians see
themselves as a people under Israeli oppression; this is a perfectly valid
reason for them to attack Israel. If they no longer live under Israeli
oppression, they do not have to fight that oppression (because it is not
there anymore). As a result, Israel can then focus its attention on
defending itself against its neighbours, rather than having to devote some
of its attention to those damned Palestinians who do not want to live under
Israeli rule.>>
Reduce? Israel left Gaza strip and several cities to Araft to govern. (The A
territories?). Israel gave weapons to Palestinian police. Result? Armed
intifada. So, enlighten me, pls, how giving them more with keep *me* safe?
It would not be one problem less - it would be one problem more. So this
time, just may be, people would think that we are in the right, for a
change. I don't think it would matter to people who would die in our next
war.
