That's what was so bizarre, especially since Goamerica even went public
during that time.  They never cut off my service, even though they never got
paid, nor did they make any attempt that I know of to get paid.  Since I
didn't see any of the credit card records, I couldn't have noticed that
there were no charges to Goamerica.  Of course, I might not have noticed
anyway -- it's hard to notice that something like that is missing.
