Sounds nothing like the services over here I've dealt with *shrugs*.

Of course, I have both several lawyers who're friends of the family
who have proved willing to answer simple stuff for me and a Law
student friend who'll do cheap detailed research (and I give him a
token sim as retainer so we have a privercy contract). But most ppl
don't.

Only time I've used a mobile is in Israel, and the service covered
basically the entire country. Not hard, given the size. So I don't know
this stuff (and I'm not really interested).

I see it as business vs people. I will answer - every time - people.

I know almost nothing about your particular business, but I do know
about web hosting, from both providing and using it. I do know about
internet advertisers, and about buying online. I do know about renting
a house. And...I've had several near-escapes from bad experiences
(and one which wasn't...as soon as I'm no longer hold a student
account (where basically it's near-impossible for them to deny you a
credit card, but it's *low* limit), I'll lose the credit card. Fortunately
debit cards over here don't need good credit.)
