billing my company credit card and the company was paying the bill.  It
didn't have anything to do with how I was using the service.

Any company with decent finances looks at its aging report now and then.  A
customer whose bill hasn't been paid in a long time should raise a red flag,
one would think.  This went on for about a year and a half!
