What isn't solved for this problem with the 'repo-on-dvd' that was just released and doing pkg install redistributable? You can either do pkg install redistributable and get the whole bag of nuts from the network repo after installation or setup your own private copy of a repo using the 'repo-on-dvd' and install redistributable from that. That said, the request for an all-encompassing piece of media has come up before and the answer is the same now as then (as far as I know). If someone in the community would like to create such a thing then they are more than welcome to do so. Using Distribution Constructor it really shouldn't be all that difficult.
